I had a great experience at Discount Tire. The store was nice and clean and every staff member was polite helpful and friendly. They got me in and out quickly! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Discount Tire!

I have had so many issues with mechanics and tire shops in the past that I have been so skeptical to go anywhere. Let me tell you this place is AMAZING. From the first call they were insanely friendly and accommodating. I needed 4 new tires and they were able to get me in same day right before a holiday weekend. They were so kind and efficient. They did an alignment and I noticed some pulling in my car still on my drive home. I called the next morning and they were so apologetic and again told me to bring it in when it was convenient for me and they would get it fixed. I took the car back and they had it for maybe 15 - 20 minutes and i was back in it. Austin, the gentleman who aligned it the second time said, "It should be good now, but if you're unhappy or notice any pulling just bring it back and we will keep doing this until we get it right for you." In a world of people just trying to make money and get cars in and out I genuinely felt like he meant what he said. He was not upset that I brought it back even though it was technically "in the green" on the alignment scale. I was just so appreciative of them them making sure i was taken care of. I love this place and will

Howard called me three days earlier than my appointment to let me know my tires were there and I could come anytime if I don’t want to wait. He goes over and above on his service and very personable. This is my second set of tires between our multiple vehicles and so far very happy with the service.

Howard was great to deal with and the boys out back did a great job balancing my 33x12.50x20 AT tires. Truck drives WAY better now

Have bought several tires and rims from Discount Tire. We went in to get the free rotation on tbe last set of wheels/tires we purchased there. The representative said our tires are so worn we should buy all new and that he won't rotate them. I think he was just lazy. Terrible service. Look at the tread. Do these look worn out? Ridiculous...
